Information we handle
Silverado Property Management processes information needed to manage properties and community accounts. Depending on your relationship with a managed property, this may include identity and contact information, property or tenancy relationships, invoices, payment status, notices, documents, requests, and communications.
How information is used
We use information to provide contracted property-management services, maintain accurate account and property records, communicate about managed properties, provide secure portal access, process authorized payments, respond to requests, and meet recordkeeping or legal obligations.
Service providers
We use service providers for identity authentication, payment processing, database and private-file storage, hosting, and approved communications. These providers receive only the information needed for their role. Payment credentials are handled by the payment processor; Silverado records transaction and settlement information needed for the customer account.
Access and security
Portal access is authenticated and tied to authorized property or staff relationships. Access is limited by role and community. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but Silverado uses administrative and technical controls designed for the information it manages.
Questions and corrections
Use the contact information shown on your Silverado invoice, statement, notice, or management correspondence to ask a privacy question or request a correction. Authorized users may also sign in to review the information available in their portal.
