Terms of use

Purpose of this service

This website and portal support Silverado Property Management’s management of community associations, residential properties, and investment properties. Services available to a customer depend on the applicable management agreement, community rules, lease, invoice, and authorized account relationship.

Account access

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in method and for using the portal only for accounts you are authorized to access. Contact management using the information on your account correspondence if your access or property relationship appears incorrect.

Charges and payments

Invoices identify the property account, charge, amount, and due information maintained by Silverado. When online payment is enabled, available methods and any processing cost are shown before checkout. A bank payment may remain pending until settlement. A submitted or pending payment does not by itself prove cleared funds or final account credit.

Corrections, refunds, and payment plans

Billing questions, requested corrections, refunds, voids, and payment-plan requests are reviewed against the underlying account record, governing documents, management authority, and applicable law. Use the contact information on your invoice, statement, notice, or other management correspondence to request review. Do not submit duplicate payments while a prior payment is pending.

Documents and communications

Portal copies are provided for convenient access to managed records. Recorded instruments, signed agreements, official notices, and applicable law control if a portal summary differs from the governing source.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use the portal for fraudulent activity. Silverado may restrict access when needed to protect customer information or the service.
